MOQ: eligible custom programs can start at 50 pieces; final MOQ must be confirmed against style, materials, colors, logo treatment, trims, and packaging.
Define the size-set review scope
List the sizes or adjustment ranges included in the order and identify which samples will represent them. Record the intended wearer and fit references. Do not assume approval of one sample confirms every size or closure configuration.
Use one documented measurement method
Describe how circumference, crown dimensions, and closure range will be checked, including the sample condition and units. Ask the supplier to confirm the method and applicable tolerances instead of applying unspecified measurements from a different style.
Review appearance across the size set
Check the crown shape, brim position, logo placement, and label arrangement on each reviewed variant. Note whether the decoration should retain the same dimensions or follow a separately approved variant-specific requirement.
Record each size decision separately
For every sample, mark the reviewed specification revision, measured result, requested correction, and acceptance decision. Keep an unresolved size open even if other sizes have been accepted; partial approval should not be mistaken for a complete production release.
Link the size-set approval to quantities
Attach the accepted size records to the SKU and quantity matrix before release. Confirm final MOQ, feasibility, and timing for the complete set of styles, sizes, colors, decoration, trims, and packaging with the supplier.
