Define decoration placement from fixed reference points
Specify where each logo belongs using a drawing and named reference points such as the center seam, panel edge, or brim join. State whether a measurement is taken along the surface or as a straight distance so the supplier can review the same request.
Record the decoration dimensions independently
List the requested logo width and height separately from its position. Preserve the artwork proportions and ask the supplier to flag any construction or decoration constraint before treating the dimensions as approved.
Review placement on the actual sample
Photograph the sample from the front and side, including the reference points used in the brief. Check how the logo sits relative to seams and curved panels. A flat drawing is helpful for discussion but cannot establish the final result on its own.
Agree placement tolerances before inspection
Ask the buyer and supplier to agree the acceptable variation and measurement method in writing. Do not invent a universal tolerance; construction, decoration method, and the chosen position can affect what is feasible for the specific style.
Release the accepted placement record
Link the accepted measurements, artwork revision, sample photographs, and decision date to each order variant. Record corrections before bulk release and confirm final MOQ and feasibility against the complete approved specification.
Eligible custom programs can start at 50 pieces; final MOQ must be confirmed against style, materials, colors, logo treatment, trims, and packaging.
