Keep a master specification
Store the approved style, measurements, tolerances, materials, color references, artwork, decoration settings, trims, labels, packaging, and sample reference in one version-controlled record.
Compare every reorder with the approved baseline
Do not rely only on a previous purchase-order number. Attach the current master specification and list any intended changes so unchanged details remain explicit.
Approve change samples when variables move
Request confirmation when material, supplier component, color, logo treatment, fit, packaging, or production method changes. Keep the new approval linked to the exact reorder.
Use the same inspection checkpoints
Apply consistent checks for construction, measurements, decoration, labels, quantities, and cartons. Record deviations with photos and SKU references so performance can be compared across orders.
Close the feedback loop
Add accepted corrections and recurring issues to the next specification revision. A controlled record reduces ambiguity while preserving the need to confirm final MOQ for each complete configuration.
Eligible custom programs can start at 50 pieces; final MOQ must be confirmed against style, materials, colors, logo treatment, trims, and packaging.
