Define the unit packaging
State whether each hat needs an individual bag, grouped packaging, hangtags, barcode labels, or other retail preparation. Separate mandatory requirements from preferences so the supplier can review each item without guessing.
Provide label content as controlled artwork
List the exact brand name, SKU, color, size, barcode, country-specific wording, and placement required on every label. Supply approved files and identify any text that must not be changed during production.
Specify carton marks and packing quantities
Describe the information needed on inner and outer cartons, including purchase-order reference, SKU, color, quantity, destination, and carton sequence when applicable. Ask the supplier to confirm the proposed packing breakdown before bulk production.
Match packaging to the receiving process
Include the destination country and the warehouse or retailer receiving rules already known. Do not assume a standard format will satisfy every importer, marketplace, or distribution center.
Approve one packaging record
Before release, keep the approved label artwork, packaging specification, carton-mark layout, packing ratio, and approver in one version-controlled record. Final MOQ still depends on the complete style, materials, colors, logo treatment, trims, and packaging brief.
Eligible custom programs can start at 50 pieces; final MOQ must be confirmed against style, materials, colors, logo treatment, trims, and packaging.
